Terms and conditions

§1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Terms and Conditions specify the provision of services, liability as well as staying at the premises of Rondo Apartments, located in Świnoujście, at ul. Piastowska 35, hereinafter referred to as Apartments.
  2. The Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by signing a check-in card, as well as by booking or paying an advance or the entire amount due for staying in the Apartments. By doing so, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Terms and Conditions apply to all Guests staying in the Rondo Apartments.
  4. The Terms and Conditions are available at the Reception Desk and on the website. 
  5. The Terms and Conditions of the Bali SPA Zone are available at the Reception desk and in the SPA Zone.


§2 HOTEL DAY

  1. Apartments are rented for hotel days.
  2. The hotel day starts at 3 p.m. on the day of checking in to 10 a.m. on the day of checking out.
  3. The Guest should request the extension of the hotel day at the reception desk as soon as possible. Apartments’ Staff may not accept the request to extend your stay.
  4. In the event of leaving the apartment later than the time indicated in the Terms and Conditions, without the prior consent of the Apartments' Stuff, the Guest may be charged for an additional hotel day.


§3 BOOKING AND CHECKING IN

  1. The basis for checking in is showing an ID with a photo to the Receptionist and signing of a check-in card.
  2. The Guest may not transfer the apartment to third parties, even if the period for which he has paid the fee for stay has not expired.
  3. Persons not registered in Rondo Apartments may visit the Guests from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  4. The Staff of Rondo Apartments may refuse to accept a Guest who during the previous stay violated the Terms and Conditions, in particular by causing damage to the property of the Apartments or to the property of Guests, injury to the Guest, employees of the Apartments or other persons staying at the premises of Rondo Apartments.
  5. The booking is guaranteed if 
    1. prepayment will be made in the amount of 30% of the amount to be paid for the stay within 7 days from the date of the booking;
    2. the remaining amount to be paid for the stay will be paid on the day of arrival of the Guest to the Rondo Apartments.
  6. Failure to make payments within the deadlines may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
  7. The Customer may at any time cancel the reservation previously made, he then bears the risk of losing all or part of his payment for the stay:
    1. Cancellations should be made in writing via e-mail to the following e-mail address: rezerwacja@rondoapartamenty.pl 
    2. In the event of cancellation of a reservation made within 30 days prior to the start of the stay, the Rondo Apartments will refund the amount paid by the Guest deducted by an administrative fee of PLN 100.
    3. If you submit a cancellation of the reservation within 29 days before your stay, the Apartments will retain 30% of the amount to be paid for the stay as a down payment.
    4. In case of cancellation of the Guest's stay during its duration, the Rondo Apartments will not refund the payment made.
    5. The refund is made to the bank account indicated in writing by the Guest within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation by the Apartments.


§5 OBLIGATIONS OF GUESTS

  1. Children under 12 years of age should be in the Apartments under the constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damages resulting from the actions of children.
  2. Legal guardians are responsible for the safety of children in the premises of the Apartments.
  3. Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the technical equipment and devices of the Apartments, arising from their fault or the fault of their visitors.
  4. Guests are responsible for the loss or damage of their own property that has not been properly secured by them.
  5. Before leaving the apartment, Guests are required to check whether the electrical devices are turned off.

In the event of a violation of the provisions of the Terms and Condition, the Rondo Apartments may refuse to provide services to a person who violates them. Such person is obliged to immediately comply with the demands of the Apartments, settle payments due to the Apartments, to pay for any damage and to leave the hotel. 

  1. Pets at Rondo Apartments are welcomed. Guests are required to inform the Reception about their intention to stay with a pet and to pay the fee in accordance with the current price list.


§6 OBLIGATIONS OF THE RONDO APARTMENTS

  1. Rondo Apartments provide Guests with:
    1. Conditions for a full and comfortable stay;
    2. Safety of stay, including the safety and confidentiality of information about the Guest;
    3. Professional and nice service in the field of all services provided in the Apartments;
  2. The Apartments are not responsible for the lost or damaged property of Guests, resulting from non-compliance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.


§7 RETURN OF BELONGINGS LEFT IN THE APARTMENTS

  1. Personal belongings left in the Apartment by Guest will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at his expense.
  2. If the Guest does not provide the instructions on how to return the belongings left in the Apartments, the Apartments shall store the above items at the expense of the owner for a period of one month, and after this period these items will become the property of the Apartments. 


§8 QUIET HOURS

At Rondo Apartments there are quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. in the morning.


§9 COMPLAINTS

  1. Guests have the right to file a complaint in the event of noticing deficiencies in the quality of services provided.
  2. All complaints should be submitted to the Reception in writing.
  3. The complaint should be submitted immediately after noticing deficiencies in the standard of services rendered.
  4. The Rondo Apartments will respond to the complaint within 14 days.


§10 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

  1. Dangerous goods, that is, weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminating materials cannot be stored in the apartments.
  2. The Guest agrees to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997, on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133 item 883, as amended), for purposes related to the implementation of reservations in Rondo Apartments run by Arkada Inwest Sp. z o.o. with a registered office in Szczecin at ul. Mercator 7 - the Administrator of data. Providing personal data is voluntary. The guest has the right to inspect his personal data and to make corrections to them.
  3. It is prohibited to make excessive noise in the Apartments, cause unpleasant smells or other things that may disturb, harm, or irritate other Guests.
  4. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the apartments and their equipment, except for a slight moving of the furniture and equipment, without affecting their functionality and safety of use, provided that their original setting is restored before check-out.
  5. A city fee will be added to the amount to be paid for the stay in the value determined by the City of Świnoujście. The fee for the city is collected in the form of cash on arrival.
  6. It is strictly forbidden to take food and tableware from the Rondo Ristorante Restaurant.
  7. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms of both cigarettes and e-cigarettes. Failure to comply with the ban is subject to a fee of PLN 800 and an unjustified call for emergency services.
  8. The fee for damage or loss of the door key is PLN 100.
  9. Grilling will be treated as an attempt of starting a fire. For grilling, you will be charged a fee of PLN 2,000 and the cost of an unjustified call for emergency services.
  10. A detailed and current list of all basic and additional fees is available at the Reception Desk.
  11. The Guest agrees for issuing a VAT invoice without signature and to receive it electronically to the e-mail address provided when making the reservation.
