Strawberry Town in Koserow
In Koserow, located 20 kilometers from Świnoujście, you can visit the biggest tourist attraction - the Karls family theme park. This is another park of this type in this popular in Germany network.
The theme park is located on an area of 4.25 ha, just off the main road No. 111. The first family enterprise was opened in 1921 at the strawberry farm in Rövershagen near Rostock. It started very innocently from selling strawberries. The owners noticed that there are so many customers that they started to trade other products such as juices, strawberry marmalades, wine, strawberry marzipan, or sweets. In 1993 they opened their first amusement park.
In the one in Koserow, you can slide down the slide on a pillow, ride a pony, or even a tractor. Admission to the park is free. You have to pay for some attractions and of course for shopping.
